sucess-31-310x210

sucess-31-310x210On 28th July 2011, APON donated a ‘Human Hauler’ (a three wheeler commonly used to transport people in the rural areas) to a very poor family at Kalapara Upazilla, Patuakhali, Barisal in the southern region of Bangladesh. The donation was funded by contributions from APON members.
The income generated from the use of the ‘Human Hauler’ is helping the family meet the education expenses of the 4 minor children. The mother of the children works as a domestic help while the father is a day labourer. The monthly income of the parents are insufficient to pay for the children’s tuition fees.
